3. Conditional Green Card

File with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to obtain a conditional green card, which is valid for 2 years!

4. Removal of Conditions

After 2 years, Demonstrate that your investment has created at least 10 full-time jobs, and the conditions on your green card(s), are removed.
